In the form of wet or dry steam and enveloping body and soul, water serves as a bridge to help you reconnect with your inner wellbeing. Prolong this wellness experience in our fitness studio, equipped with treadmill, static bike, rowing machine, free weights and dumbbells – all you need to stay in shape.
Therapeutic massages
Héléna, a massage therapist trained in Californian, Ayurvedic, Thai and Shiatsu massage, as well as foot reflexology, welcomes you every day by prior appointment. Combining soothing and revitalising gestures with essential oils, manual techniques, stretching and the use of pressure points, therapeutic massage reduces stress and tension, rebalances the body’s energies and relieves aches and pains. Wellbeing in all its myriad dimensions.

Our infinity pool, shaped like Mount Baïgura, is the destination of choice for relaxing moments in Ostape. In the quiet of the Basque backcountry, it is the view, perhaps more than the soothing waters, that will move you with its sweeping hills and chlorophyll-green pastures.
